• Configuration & Calibration: We tailor the system settings, adjusting the detection zones and warning parameters to match your site’s specific operational needs and layout.
• User Training: We provide comprehensive training to your operators and staff to ensure effective, safe use from day one.

The entire process is designed to integrate the system seamlessly and with minimal disruption to your operations.

• Main System: Typically delivers up to ten years of reliable operation.
• VibraTags: Individual wearable tags have a lifespan of up to nine years, subject to continuous use.

ZoneSafe offers three main modular systems that can be deployed individually or combined for comprehensive site safety:

• Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V): Warns operators of other approaching vehicles (up to 50m range).
• Vehicle-to-Pedestrian (V2P): Alerts the operator and the person (wearing a VibraTag) when in dangerous proximity, working through obstructions.
• Vehicle-to-Infrastructure (V2I): A tagless, active warning system that utilises components like active signage, beacons, traffic lights, projectors, and automated barriers to manage hazards at blind spots, intersections, and site access points.

We also offer specialised infrastructure solutions for Asset Protection and Drop Zone Protection.

While the full buying process can sometimes be completed in as little as a couple of weeks, we prioritise delivering the right solution for your site, not just speed. Since every solution is custom-tailored, delivery is subject to our production schedule. We will always work with you to agree on a project date that meets your operational timelines.
