Vehicle & Pedestrian Alerts: The system uses antennas on vehicles and tags worn by workers. When a tag enters the detection zone, both the vehicle driver and the pedestrian receive immediate alerts – the driver via an in-cab unit and the worker via a tag vibration.
Sees Through Obstacles: Unlike camera-based systems, ZoneSafe works reliably through walls, racking, and pallets, ensuring constant protection even in obstructed areas.

Vehicle to Person Alert provides two-way feedback, warning both vehicle drivers and pedestrian workers of each other's presence via alerts from the in-cab control unit and tag vibration.

Vehicle to Vehicle Alert warns drivers of approaching vehicles, helping to significantly reduce the risk of collision by providing early vehicle detection warning and close proximity alerts, making your worksite a safer place to be.
Activated Signage
Implementing ZoneSafe's vehicle-activated signage provides a practical solution to enhance onsite safety. Signs only flash when the vehicle is present, warning both site users and visitors located in the area to any approaching vehicles.
Site Access Control
Restricting site access to only your employees or anyone given a ZoneSafe tag reduces the risk of accidents. Only ZoneSafe tags open gates or barriers to a restricted area meaning they'll be detected and warned should they get too close to a moving vehicle.
Safe Zone Masking Areas
In hand-sorting waste areas or where vehicles work side by side with pedestrian workers, over alarming can prove frustrating. Using a ZoneSafe Qu-box will mask the system enabling vehicles to operate without triggering an alarm.
Data Management
My.ZoneSafe, is our cloud-based insight and data management platform, which records and displays event data (such as near miss occurrences) to inform Health and Safety managers of potential hazards and collision hotspots.
