ZoneSafe Visual Alert Systems

Reduce worksite collisions with dynamic visual safety alerts.

How do visual alert systems protect worksites?

Visual alert systems protect personnel by providing immediate, highly visible warnings of potential hazards in real time.

The system works by equipping heavy plant and vehicles with sensors that detect their presence and movement. When a vehicle approaches a predefined safety zone, these sensors instantly trigger a warning via devices like active signs, flashing beacons, or floor projections, ensuring the warnings are only active when a hazard exists.

  • Sensors trigger immediate, highly visible warnings in risk zones, instantly alerting everyone nearby without the need for personal tags.
  • Visual warnings are projected or displayed directly into the environment, offering clear, universal alerts easily understood by diverse personnel.
  • The system operates in real time and only when a hazard is present, ensuring warnings are always relevant and impactful to maintain attention.
  • These systems ensure active visual cues warn of approaching vehicles, enhancing site awareness and effectively reducing collision risk for all.

Tagless proximity warning solutions

Our tagless solutions offer a powerful way to enhance worksite safety by providing detection, warning, and segregation without requiring people to wear proximity tags. This makes them an ideal alert option where personal tags are impractical, such as for visitors or large teams.

These dynamic systems work by detecting moving vehicles and immediately projecting or displaying active visual cues directly into the environment. They are designed to deliver a proactive warning at critical points like barriers, gates, and doors, and can also integrate with:

  • Flashing lights
  • Activated signs
  • Projected warning symbols

Visual alert system components

V2V sensor

Our sensors on vehicles detect V2I sensors at a set distance, automatically triggering an alert to inform pedestrians of an approaching vehicle.

Vehicle-activated sign

Used with the vehicle to infrastructure sensor, the active sign flashes every time vehicles are detected, ensuring a clear and relevant warning for your team.

V2I sensor

Sends a signal to the active sign when vehicles approaching are detected (also used with any other visual alert solution to give you a complete system).

Active beacons

Beacons flash red to alert workers to approaching vehicles or when a gate is locking, and flash green when the area is clear.

Traffic lights

Traffic lights control the flow of worksite traffic and can be used to warn either vehicles or pedestrian workers, ensuring a safe and organised environment.

Projected symbols

Warning signs are projected onto the floor to alert people of approaching vehicles, offering an unmissable visual cue especially effective at blind corners or in aisles.
